Prohibited conduct includes attempting to manipulate odds, breaching security, or taking actions that undermine the integrity of the Services. Lotto8 may suspend or terminate your account and report suspected wrongdoing to the relevant authorities where warranted.
Deposits and withdrawals are governed by the rules applicable to the financial transactions within your account. Minimum deposit per account is 5 EUR or the equivalent in the currency you use. Lotto8 may apply processing fees in certain circumstances, such as currency conversion, bank charges, or compliance checks. You will be informed of any applicable fees before initiating a transaction. Funds held in your Lotto8 account do not accrue interest unless required by law.
An account that has not logged in for thirteen consecutive months and holds a positive balance may incur an Inactive Account Fee. Lotto8 will provide notice of such charges as required by applicable law. Fees are deducted from the account balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
All bets are subject to the platform's rules and the official status of the event. Bets are valid only after they have been confirmed. If an event is postponed, misdated, or interrupted, bets placed before the event start may remain valid, while bets placed after the initial start time may be void or settled in accordance with the event’s official outcome. Lotto8 may cancel or adjust bets where there is a material error in the event's details or odds.
Lotto8 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds or event information. If a single-event bet relies on erroneous odds, Lotto8 may refund the stake or re-set the bet. For bets comprising multiple events, the affected part may be treated as if the odds were 1.00. Any such correction will be applied in a manner consistent with the principles of fairness and integrity.
Minimum stake per bet: 0.10 EUR. Maximum profit per individual bet: 1000 times the stake. Maximum total profit for a single bet, multiple bet, or system bet is 25,000 EUR. Winnings are credited to your Lotto8 account balance after settlement and any required verification.
Winnings are credited to your Lotto8 account in the currency of the account. Withdrawals are subject to verification under Lotto8’s Know Your Customer procedures and other regulatory requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and subject to applicable limits, checks, and processing times. Lotto8 may suspend withdrawals for compliance reviews or regulatory obligations.

Lotto8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
Lotto8 may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws. Upon termination, access to the Services ends, and Lotto8 may refuse further deposits or withdrawals. Any remaining balance will be settled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
